Shipping
Order Processing Time
At Wing Tactical, we are committed to shipping orders on the same or next business day after payment confirmation. Our processing times are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1 P.M. Eastern Time qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders received after the cutoff will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We primarily ship using UPS and USPS, with the carrier selected based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping option during checkout. If your address requires a specific carrier, please inform us promptly after placing your order to avoid delays or additional reshipping costs.

  • Example:
  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • USPS may not provide home delivery services in some areas.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Please note that these are only estimates. While we guarantee same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1 P.M. EST, delivery times may vary due to holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Package Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you do not receive this information, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping
Due to ITAR regulations, Wing Tactical ships only within the United States. Both the billing and shipping addresses must be located within the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.

Shipping Insurance
For added protection, customers can request shipping insurance after placing their order and before the shipment cutoff time.
  • Coverage:
  • Lost in Transit: Claims for non-delivered packages can be filed 20 days after shipment.
  • Damaged in Transit: Notify us within three days of delivery, including photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Retain the items as they may be required for the claims process.
Some shipments may require signature confirmation, regardless of the customer's preference.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
  • The product cost will be refunded, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  • Wing Tactical is not liable for packages lost in transit during their return if the error was customer-related.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost due to an error on our part, we will provide a full refund or replacement. However, if tracking shows a "Delivered" status, we cannot accept responsibility, even if shipping insurance was purchased. In such cases, please contact the carrier or local authorities.

Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date address information. Wing Tactical is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect or outdated addresses.
Return
At http://mercuriusdynamicus.com, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Certain exclusions apply, as detailed below.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@mercdyn.com with the following information:
  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
In some cases, we may request additional details, such as the order date or shipping address, to confirm your purchase.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write this RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package and send it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Guidelines
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your return. MercDyn is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • Allow 2–3 business days for processing once we receive your return. All items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Ineligible Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Ammunition and Firearms: Returns are prohibited for safety and legal reasons. Contact the manufacturer for any defects.
  • Ear Plugs and Clothing: Items with broken seals or removed tags are not eligible for return.
  • Used or Missing Parts: Items must be in their original packaging and include all components. Incomplete or used items will be returned at the customer's expense.
  • Damaged Products: Only defective products qualify for returns. Items damaged but not defective are not eligible.

What Qualifies as “Used” or “Defective”?

  • Used Items:
  • Show signs of wear (e.g., scratches, dents).
  • Have been installed or modified.
  • Have been altered in any way.

  • Defective Items:
  • Are inherently unsafe or unfit for intended use.
  • Do not meet advertised specifications (e.g., incorrect dimensions).
Examples of defective products:
  • A muzzle brake detaches during normal use.
  • A pin with a specified diameter does not meet the standard.
Examples of non-defective products:
  • Loose or tight fits between parts from different manufacturers.
  • Minor color mismatches.
  • Stripped screws during installation or disassembly.

Additional Information
  • Damage from improper installation is not covered. We recommend consulting a certified professional for the installation of firearm parts.
  • Returns beyond the 30-day window may still qualify for manufacturer warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages or discrepancies to us within three days of delivery.
